 Your Group ID and Member ID can be found on the front of your membership card, which was mailed and/or emailed to you. They are labeled as Group ID and Member ID.

Please double-check that your Member ID, Group ID, first and last name match EXACTLY what is displayed on your membership card. If you continue receiving the error message, contact the member support call center at (800) 320-1359. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm CT, and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Visit the Dashboard of your mobile app or web portal and click on any benefit button to read an explanation of what it does and how it works. You can also review an explanation of your benefits in your membership booklet that will be mailed and/or emailed to you. 

Yes, you can add dependents under User Profile → My Dependents. When your dependent turns 18, you will be able to invite them to create their own account.
